Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Fiona Bower owner of "Healed Heart Happy Mind". These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. 
This website offers visitors one hour prayer ministry sessions. 
In booking a session you agree that you are voluntarily signing up for a prayer session with a Facilitator and in some instances also a prayer minister, from or working on behalf of, Healed Heart Happy Mind.

You give your consent for the session to be recorded. Purely for your use and for the facilitator to refer to, and kept in confidence unless required legally to settle any dispute arising between both parties in connection with the session.  

I acknowledge that Fiona Bower, Elise Tarango, Prophetic Heart Healing Mentorship and The Heart Healing Network (THHN) and those Certified by them; are prayer ministers and not professional counsellors.

To the best of their ability, they help facilitate connection to God and inner renewal.

I understand that specific results are not guaranteed, and progress may be immediate or take place over a period of time.

I understand that the prayer team is committed to confidentiality of any information that is disclosed during the prayer session with the following exceptions: 1. I accept and acknowledge that: my ministry team may keep a brief summary of the process and results of the sessions to improve our renewal process and assist in future sessions. 2. I accept and acknowledge that Elise Tarango, The Prophetic Heart Healing Mentorship Group, THHN ministry team members and those Certified by them are required by law to report any intent of a person to take harmful, dangerous or criminal action against another person or against themselves and that they are also required to report any current act of child or elderly abuse or neglect.

Release of Liability states that I have voluntarily sought assistance and that I am under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice or help I might receive from Fiona Bower, Elise Tarango, The Prophetic Heart Healing Mentorship Group THHN members and those Certified by them. I agree to hold harmless Fiona Bower, Elise Tarango, Certified Prophetic Heart Healers and individual team members of THHN team from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind that may arise as a result of the ministry I receive from them. I state that I have voluntarily sought assistance and that I am under no obligation to accept or reject any of the advice or help I might receive from Fiona Bower, Elise Tarango, Certified Prophetic Heart Healers and The Heart Healing Network LLC team members.

By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
